    Search

    Identify and introduce the right land, buildings and hospitality opportunities in Greece, including situations that are not broadly marketed. We search to your brief, not from a list of what happens to be for sale.

    Validation

    Test title, planning, access, servicing and the true development envelope before anyone falls in love with a rendering. We confirm what can be built before any money is spent on design.

    Concept architecture

    Shape a concept that is beautiful, buildable and commercially coherent: the mix, the visitor or resident experience, and the standard of finish. Design and the numbers are worked on together from the start.

    Planning and feasibility

    Prepare the planning and investment case: programme, cost, value, phasing and risk, to the standard a fund or family office expects to read. You receive a clear document your investment committee can act on.

    Design and detailed engineering

    Take the approved concept into design and engineering through the group’s own international design and engineering capability. The same team carries the project from concept to drawings.

    Project management

    Direct design, procurement, construction and handover as the client’s project management company in Greece, with competitive tendering, clear reporting, and delivery to the agreed standard. We represent you on site until handover.

    Investment and hospitality advisory

    Remain alongside the principal as consultant when the need is judgement and structure, not a full development seat. Same care, lighter involvement.
