Salman Properties & Management is a property ownership, development and management company. We exist to represent principals properly in Greece, finding, proving, designing and delivering real estate and hospitality to a standard that can stand beside the best work in the region.
The firm is led from Greece by a principal whose operating interests span the Middle East and Europe. That is the point: capital from the Gulf should not have to discover Greece through a chain of unfamiliar intermediaries.

Zeid Salman is a business owner, investor and executive overseeing personal, family-owned and partnership-based businesses across the Middle East and Europe. His portfolio connects engineering and construction with industrial manufacturing, property development, technology advisory and international trade.
Executive background
Before focusing on ownership and investment, Zeid held executive-level roles with top-tier construction and project management companies. His earlier career included direct involvement in the UAE Presidential Palace, Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Zayed International Airport and Dubai Opera. This experience underpins his approach to project delivery, commercial coordination and asset development.
Engineering and contracting: GIS
Zeid co-founded GIS’s Saudi operations in 2023, extending a Spanish engineering business established in 1996. GIS provides design, engineering, supervision and project management. Saudi references include Qiddiya employee site offices, U-View Tower and Al Yasmeen Development, with scopes including design, shop drawings and design review.
Engineering and contracting: Direct Source Contracting
DSC delivers turnkey fit-out, MEP, specialist systems and joinery in Saudi Arabia. References include work for Jeddah Airports Company, Al Rajhi Bank, BUPA and hospitality operators, with scopes spanning fit-out, technical works, audiovisual and automation systems.

Salman Properties & Management holds property ownership, development and management interests, bringing an investor and asset-owner perspective to the broader construction portfolio. Zeid is Founder & CEO.
Salman Group is a Greece-based company within his wider business portfolio, supporting his entrepreneurial and operating interests.
Advisory and trade
As Founder and Managing Director of MECCA Intelligence, Zeid leads client strategy and commercial alignment for the UAE-based practice. Its focus includes AI strategy, organizational knowledge, workflow automation and custom applications for government and enterprise.
His wider activities include owner-side shipping advisory through MECCA Maritime and international commodities trading, extending his commercial work into maritime investment, supply relationships and cross-border transactions.
His portfolio combines the owner’s investment perspective with the operating requirements of engineering, contracting, manufacturing and supply.
